Before you get in touch

You can call, email or use the quote form on this page. Sean Cardwell Windows is based in Weston-super-Mare and works across Bristol, Clevedon, Nailsea, Yatton, Highbridge, Burnham-on-Sea, Locking and Banwell.

A little detail in your first message makes the reply more useful. Tell us whether you are looking for new windows, new doors or a repair, roughly how many windows or doors are involved, and which town you are in. For repairs, describe what is happening: a door that has dropped or will not lock, a handle that is stiff, a window that will not close properly, or glass that has misted between the panes.

If you are thinking about bifold, French or patio doors, or a glass balcony, it helps to say which room or opening you have in mind. Photos are welcome by email.

For a door that is sticking or will not lock, avoid forcing the handle or key while you wait for us. Letting us know whether the key turns and the handle lifts helps narrow down the problem.

Quotes are free. We will talk through the options with you, arrange a visit to look at the property and take measurements, then explain what we recommend so you can decide in your own time.

If you are not sure what you need, that is fine. Many enquiries start with a simple problem, such as condensation between panes, draughts around a frame or a door that has to be lifted before it locks. We can tell you whether a repair, a replacement glass unit or new windows and doors makes more sense.

Please include a phone number we can reach you on and the best time to call. Adding an email address is optional, but useful if you would like to send photos or receive details in writing.
